The Magician in the Tarot deck is a splendid representation of the Law of Attraction in progress. The Magician symbolizes the ability to manifest and create a magical life. From the Magician we can learn the essence of magic and how to develop and maintain the right attitude so that we can live abundantly, and manifest positively in our lives.
The Magician understands the Law of Attraction and uses it to master his destiny. He understands the Laws of the Universe and knows that energy flows where attention goes. He is the number 1 card in the Major Arcana, the card of beginnings! He is the master manifester and is at one with himself and creation. The Magician knows that he can achieve anything; he knows that we are like giant magnets pulling into our lives whatever we give our attention to. This is why it is so important to be aware of our thoughts and feelings, as they are constantly creating our future, whether we are aware of this or not. This works in both a positive and negative way – depending on whether we are feeling happy or unhappy.

The Magician card is about taking charge of your life so that you can create your own destiny. He shows us that we are powerful creators, and not victims of circumstances. He stands before the four elements: Fire, Earth, Air and Water, which are represented by the instruments before him (the wand, the pentacle, the sword and the cup), these elemental powers are always available to us, but unfortunately most of us do not make much out of them.
