I have been a Reiki Master for many years. I have a great amount of respect for this healing method. Reiki brings about many profound changes on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. Reiki is a blessing in my life, and one of my great joys is passing this ancient Japanese healing method on to others. It is easy and simple to learn, an attunement process passed on from a Reiki Master to a student is what separates Reiki from other healing methods.
I believe that healing is a personal experience. It is a sacred experience. We all travel our own paths in life, making many decisions and choices along the way. But at the end of it all, it is the experiences in life that empower us and enrich our lives.
Yesterday I taught an Advanced Reiki class, I like to keep my classes small as I believe one needs support and personal attention during this sacred healing experience. I’ve noticed many people go through life changing experiences after receiving Reiki attunements. The Reiki energy aligns us with our true essence, so that we can live the lives we are meant to be living. Often it is fear which holds us back from reaching our full potential. Reiki helps us to move beyond the barriers of fear and our own self-imposed limitations. It is a wonderful gift to give to ourselves – the joy that comes from living our truth!

Reiki works beautifully with many other healing methods, such as massage, shiatsu and acupuncture. Reiki becomes a way of Living and Being. Angels and Reiki help us to see who we truly are – the essence of our soul! Once we let go of that which limits us, we become shining, radiant and full of life!
